Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number when your order is placed.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination. Shipping method is selected at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight/size.
Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
Order Inquiries

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office
- Wait 24-48 hours (packages sometimes show delivered early)
- Contact the carrier directly
- If still unresolved, contact us and we will work with you on a solution
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to proceed.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
