Returns

Due to the nature of our products (printed artwork), we do not accept returns.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days of delivery in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged items (prints arrived torn, creased, or with print defects)
  • Wrong item received
  • Missing items from your order

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Email contact@motleyprints.com or use our contact form
  3. Include your order number and photos of any damage or issues

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and damaged items
  2. Contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number
  3. We will issue a refund or send a replacement at our discretion

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
