A lion dance performance, rendered by Suzuki Harunobu around 1769, near the end of his short and influential career. Harunobu helped pioneer full color nishiki-e prints in the 1760s, which means a lot of later ukiyo-e owes him a thank you note. Festive, graceful and colorful from one of the people who made color the norm.
