About this print
A gray winged horse drifts beneath a great circular face on fields of green and brown, equal parts myth and modern design. Japanese master Ogata Gekkō filtered classical subjects through a spare, almost graphic sensibility, and this print is a striking example of that quiet strangeness. Printed on archival paper, gently otherworldly.
