About this print
A grand civic center for Chicago, drawn up as a site plan in ink and wash for the 1909 Plan of Chicago. Daniel Burnham and Edward Bennett imagined a monumental, Paris inspired hub for city government that never quite got built. The finest city hall you will never have to stand in line at.
