The cover for Landscapes and Interiors, Edouard Vuillard's 1899 album of color lithographs published by Ambroise Vollard. Vuillard belonged to the Nabis, a crew of young Paris painters devoted to flat color, pattern and cozy domestic scenes. Designing the cover of your own album is the 1890s version of making your own merch. Graphic and gently patterned, it is perfect for book lovers and design people.
